This tea is a blend of Tepane Tea and black bush leaves from the Bapedi people, providing an energy boost and health benefits such as antioxidants and improved blood circulation.

Ingredients: Tepane Black Bush Tea, Cinnamon, Ginger, Fennel, Black pepper corns, Cloves

Energy Tea Brewing instructions: 

Add 1 tbl. spoon of tea leaves into a 1L teapot, pour in hot water, and steep for 3-5 minutes depending on required strength. When the tea is ready, pour it into your tea cup through a mesh kitchen strainer or slotted spoon to keep tea leaves out.

Add honey to taste.
